What can you do or pledge to help someone in poverty? I pledge to not discriminate or judge when I meet someone in poverty. I shall do all in my power to help them as my family is also undergoing some financial problems. I can also donate all my used textbooks or shoes to the salvation army for the less fortunate. Poverty does not define them and will not be permanent. Poverty is not something to be ashamed of, and help might be around.
