Story written by a student of Buku Jalanan Chow Kit
What I learned
What I have discovered in Malaysia is about school, if we want to go to school, we must be Malaysia citizens, if we do not have Malaysian citizen we can't go to national school. I told this story because I had been rejected at some national schools.
What I learned during PKP is about symptoms such as fever, cough and shortness of breath. We need to wear a face mask when leaving the house and we need to always wash our hands or use hand sanitisers. We also need to do a distance of 1 meter from others.
I live in a market area, so I want to share my experience. While there were people affected by Covid-19 in the market, the market has been closed for two weeks and no one is allowed to pass through the Chow Kit Market area.
During the fast of Ramadan, the army went down to build a fence in the market area in a few days. When the Covid-19 case is some reduced, the Pasar Chow Kit reopens according to the SOP given by government, Pasar Chow Kit will closed on Monday and Thursday.
