We are at the market, in the city, in the port
আমরা মানুষ হাটে বাজারে, শহরে বন্দরে,
It is a rule that life is always busy.
কর্মব্যস্ততায় জীবনটা পাড়ি করবো এটাই নিয়ম।
But the rule of law, in such a situation
কিন্তু বিধির বিধান, এমন একটা পরিস্থিতিতে
Suddenly descending upon the people of the whole world,
We are forced to accept that.
সমগ্র পৃথিবীর মানুষকে ফেলে দিয়েছে,
তা আমরা মানতে বাধ্য হচ্ছি।
Every moment of life is now filled with regret,
জীবনের প্রতিটি মূহুর্তই এখন আফসোসে ভরা,
What a life! The world was still healthy that day,
এ কেমন জীবন! এইতো সেদিনও পৃথিবীটা সুস্থ ছিল,
I took a deep breath of relief,
নিয়েছি বুক ভরা স্বস্তির নিঃশ্বাস,
Today the world is sick of the Corona epidemic.
আজ পৃথিবীটা করোনার মহামারিতে অসুস্থ।
That world still shines with colorful light,
এখনও সেই পৃথিবীটা রঙিন আলো ছরায়,
The air of purity still flows around,
এখনও বিশুদ্ধতার বাতাস বহে চারিপাশে,
No one can just breathe that relief,
শুধু সেই স্বস্তির নিঃশ্বাস নিতে পারি না কেউ,
I can't smile and walk like that day.
পারি না সেদিনের মত প্রাণ খুলে হাসতে,চলতে।
At every turn in life now there is uncertainty, fear,
জীবনেরপ্রতিটি বাঁকে বাঁকে এখন অনিশ্চয়তা,ভয়,
When, who, how the farewell bell rings
কখন,কার, কিভাবে বিদায় ঘন্টা বেজে যায়
No one knows from this beautiful world.
এইসুন্দর পৃথিবী থেকে কেউ জানে না।
The microphone of the mosque will be alarmed. However there is no such thing in this beautiful world now.
মসজিদেরমাইকে এলার্ন হবে এই সুন্দর পৃথিবীতে অমুক আর নাই, বাদ আসর তার নামাজে জানাযা।
O God, take away all hatred, pride and arrogance.
হে খোদা,তুলে নাও সকল হিংসা বিদ্বেষ,মান অভিমান।
Heal your beautiful world,
সুস্থ করে দাও তোমার সুন্দর এই পৃথিবী,
Make it crowded again, make the whole world famous.
আবার জনপূর্ণ করে দাও,মুখরিত করে দাও সারাবিশ্ব।
Fill people's hearts with love,
ভালোবাসায় ভরিয়ে দাও মানুষের অন্তর,
Bring everyone's soul into the air of peace.
প্রশান্তির বাতাসে জুড়িয়ে দাও সবার প্রাণ।

বাংলাদেশের টাঙ্গাইল জেলার ভাসাইলের অধিবাসী কিরণ মাহমুদ মান্না ১৯৮২জন্মগ্রহন করেন। কন্স্ট্রাকশন সেক্টরে প্লামবিং এ প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে ২০১০ সালে সিঙ্গাপুরেআসেন। সংস্কৃতিপ্রেমী আর দশজন শ্রমজীবী অভিবাসীর মত কিরণ মাহমুদ মান্নাও সুর ও সঙ্গীতেরটানে ২০১৭ সালে সিঙ্গাপুরে শ্রমজীবী অভিবাসীদের সংস্কৃতি চর্চাকেন্দ্র বাংলার কণ্ঠ-দিবাশ্রমকালচারাল গ্রুপে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।মূলত তার সংস্কৃতি চর্চার ক্ষেত্র সঙ্গীত ও গান লেখাহলেও কিরণ মাহমুদ একাধারে চলমান বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে বিষয়ভিত্তিক কবিতা, গল্প ও প্রবন্ধওলিখেন।
